We were asked to review and develop the ETA Quality Management System for ISO 9001. This was a really interesting project with a wonderful team at ETA, providing some new challenges in relation to operational procedures and identifications of risk. All the challenges were overcome, and we are very happy that ETA were accredited with the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
No two Management Systems should be the same, it is key to document the true business processes. The language used is key, as any Management System must be written in a way the whole team can engage with it.
