OUR COMMITMENT

• To maintain operations and continue to provide business as usual services to our clients.
• Ensure certification is maintained for all clients.  
• Provide remote consultancy & auditing to ensure you’re ready for audits.
• To be there for all of our clients, albeit not physically.

ADAPTING & FINDING SOLUTIONS

We are continuing with business as usual by delivering our client visits remotely. We can do this by utilising the online platforms we have in place for all of our clients, allowing us and your certification body access to work with you on your management system from afar and continuing to provide the same level of service you would expect from a face to face meeting.
All certification bodies have also taken this approach and rather than delaying their audits and putting your certification at risk they will be carrying out audits remotely. We have already run several audits this way with immense success.

OUR CONTINUITY PLANS

• Many of our clients already work with us via Teams, for those that don’t your consultant will be in touch very soon to ensure this is set up to enable remote working and auditing by certification bodies.
• We have scheduled daily team meetings to ensure all colleagues are up to date with the latest news and guidelines.
• We will continue to keep up to date with the Government's latest advice and guidelines.
