Strengthens biosecurity for imported plant goods with new exemptions, updated pest lists, and stricter border inspections.
🔗 ISO 14001 - The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2025
Expands support for low-carbon energy by updating eligibility for offshore wind and component replacement.
🔗 ISO 14001 - The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) Regulations (NI & England) 2024
Bans the supply of single-use vapes from June 2025 to reduce plastic waste and lithium resource use.
