As we follow the Government's roadmap out of the latest Covid-19 lockdown we have been looking into ways in which we can keep all our staff and clients safe in the gradual return to; the office, onsite meetings and client visits.
As lockdown eases, we also want to actively promote a hybrid work model going forwards. This will give the team more freedom about when they can work and where they can work from whilst not losing some of the benefits of the office. We feel this approach offers increased autonomy to the team and allows them to fit workaround the rest of their lives and improves the work-life balance.
As a team, we have a mix of office-based staff and consultants who travel to visit clients onsite. We required a ‘one-stop-solution for products and guidance that cover our office and when out visiting clients. To achieve this, we have taken advice from the fantastic team at TECcare.
