It was great to see that Beat Concepts wanted to reduce their environmental impact through ISO 14001:2015. This project was unique as it started just as the lockdown restrictions began due to Covid-19. The project was implemented remotely through our Microsoft Teams platform, which had been upgraded at the beginning of the year. The client was as helpful as ever, and we constructed the management system piece by piece through video conference calls. I’m incredibly happy that they gained certification in such a difficult period.
Any Management System should be written for the organisation not an auditor.
