PTESL Fire Suppression Systems is a UK SME specialising in fire suppression, providing a broad range of services from fully managed solutions to consultancy. They contacted AvISO Consultancy Ltd to support them in their upcoming accreditation renewal for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
I worked closely with the team at PTESL to develop their ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 into an integrated management system. The goal was to ensure that the organisation not only met the requirements of both standards but also understood how its management system operated. This approach was designed to make the system intuitive, allowing team members to easily navigate and reference it when asked to demonstrate compliance with standard requirements. This collaborative effort culminated in the successful re-certification of the organisation to both the ISO 9001 and 14001:2015 standards, serving as clear evidence of the effectiveness of this approach.
