By implementing a Quality Management System for Jota for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 they are continuing their improvement in quality and delivering exceptional service for their customers. IATF 16949 is a standard specifically used for the Automotive industry and is used alongside ISO 9001 to supplement the requirements specific to the automotive industry rather than being a standalone QMS. This was a really interesting project with a great team who are now UKAS accredited to both standards.
Making the most of the technology available can help make any Management System more effective, also using technology such as Teams and SharePoint can really help reduce the work required to achieve certification.
