ISO 37002 Internal Audit Support

"We know our audit request was quite unusual as ISO 37002 is not certifying, and overall we are satisfied with this project and how it has been conducted by AvISO.

For us, it was a valuable exercise, allowing us to benchmark our Speak Up program to a global and standardised reference while getting fresh ideas for the design of our roadmap. We now have a few big areas of improvement, regarding the program and case management, on which we are going to work in collaboration with our regions and countries.

We did appreciate the additional time Ana spent on the report since the first version did not fully meet our needs: the format was not as expected and this version did not highlight our best practices – only emphasizing opportunities of improvement. Being open to our feedbacks, Ana was able to deliver on time (we had a tight deadline) a good and useful final report, balancing our strengths and weaknesses, on which we are going to rely internally when advocating for the improvements."
